Nisa Hospitals reduce their energy overheads by 15% after investing in energy efficient measures

The NISA Hospital group, with which we are actively working, has decided to opt once again to contain and reduce the energy consumption of their centres nationwide.

In the health sector, energy consumption is extremely high and is a very important item in the operating account, so actively going for savings means profits in all respects.

Among the measures adopted to improve efficiency, we would like to highlight the replacement of air conditioning equipment for more efficient ones, the monitoring of facilities to control consumption and the improvement of management systems, among others.

“Thanks to this system, it is possible to know, in detail, the spending behaviour of the NISA Hospitals and thus be able to optimize the negotiation of the supply contracts, detect deviations or incorrect operations and correct them, detect improvement opportunities and quantify the savings obtained”, José Manuel Guillot, the group’s Infrastructures and Maintenance manager, assures us.

In fact, the results have not been long in coming and in the last 4 years they have managed to reduce global energy consumption by 15%.
