UVC germicidal lamps for the inactivation of viruses and bacteria andphotocatalytic filters for the decontamination of toxic environmental components such as NOx can be installed at any time.

Universal thermostat coupling.
The standard way is to connect them to thermostats with 0..10VDC output, but we can also, through our TZADA gateway,
use the thermostats with analog outputs for the different speeds. This gateway will convert those outputs to 0..10 VDC signals and will make the fan speed adapt to the selected temperature.

Pre-lacquered sheet metal enclosure.
We thus ensure greater protection against corrosion and a longer life, in perfect conditions, of the equipment.

Lotus effect.
To prevent the problem of the proliferation of fungal and bacterial colonies in the drain pans, we provide our equipment with a nanotechnological treatment that recreates what is known in nature as the lotus effect, thus ensuring that the condensate collection pan is always clean and dry.

Maximum simplicity for maintenance.
The ventilation train can be replaced in a few minutes without specialtools. In case of warranty or replacement as spare part, the ventilation train is supplied completely balanced.

TFDS 2.0 Electronic Thermostat

The possibilities of regulation offered by the electronic fan coil motors are multiplied by the functions available in our proportional thermostatic control.

Enables the definition of a reference temperature for summer and winter.

The number of degrees that the user can vary can be adjusted.

It is possible to limit the maximum and minimum speeds.

The motor can be programmed so that it does not stop when it reaches the
selected temperature, to make sure that the air of the room is not stratified.

This flexibility enables the climate control of any room with one of only three electronic fan coil models, adapting the power of the fan coil to obtain the desired optimum level: “It must not be heard, it must not be noticed”.

THE CONDENSATE COLLECTION TRAY AND THE “LOTUS EFFECT”.

The air conditioning machines have trays to collect the water that condenses when the air passes through a cooling coil.

For a proper discharge of the water collected in the tray, the machines must be inclined towards the drain at a certain angle.

But not all the water flows ideally into the drain, some of it remains in dead angles, slowed down by dirt and rust, and some in the drainage system. The surface of the tray due to the water’s own surface tension.

These pockets of water and dirt are a perfect focus for the proliferation of fungal and bacterial colonies, which, like legionella, can cause serious damage to our health.

To prevent this problem and with the help of nanotechnology,  Fan Deck Systems provides all the trays of its FanCoils with a treatment that recreates what in nature is known as the “lotus effect”.
